The Instant Chat has finally ARRIVED 
Here Is what it looks like....
if you cant chat make sure your chat settings are set to safe menu chat and if you still cant chat clear your cookies and caches and try logging in again

cookies in computer terms are not the type you eat. cookies are like your saved passwords all that kind of stuff

finally..chat is back...but you can only type what is on the safe menu list
