its kinda complicated but:::
1. you have to print off a picture that you like of that celebrity
2. find a kinda black crayonish i cant remember the name of it but a drawing utensil
3. study the picture and carefully start drawing

Those look amazing! Maybe you should send them in to a Magazine place, like J-14, popstar, bop, etc. and you could have your drawings featured in it.
